My usual business hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am – 4pm unless agreed prior for outside office hours.
Personal Assistant
General Correspondence. Compose and write letters and emails.
Touch Typing Transcribe from audio or copy.
Proofreading. Ensuring documents are accurate by proofreading before being sent to a customer or sent for print.
Virtual Filing. Storing and collating documents so that you can find things easily and leave your desktop uncluttered.
Administrative Support
Extensive diary management. Co-ordinate your diaries with your colleagues and/or family over multiple time zones with multiple users.
Email organisation and de-clutter. Filtering your emails and removing any unsolicited emails. Categorising the inbox so emails are easier to find. Setting reminders.
Minutes
Taking and distributing Minutes from meetings and following up on any action points.

Telephone Answer Service. Answer any day to day telephone enquiries and feedback so you don't miss a customer query or a new hot lead.
Mailshots and e-shots Send out brochures/leaflets either by email or distribution.
Printing. Basic design and printing of materials for mailshots or company materials.

Social Media Management
Website Assistance. Monitor your website, answer any enquiries that come in via your website and send out any promotional material.
Update social media content.
Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, whichever is your choice of social media I can schedule content so that it goes out routinely.
Social Media Content
I can write and compose content for your socials, whether it's a promotion or just a 'keeping in touch' post.
Event Management & LIfestyle Support
Organise meetings. If it's a small business meeting for 2 people, or a larger conference for over 100 people, I can book the venue, invite attendees, take the Minutes and follow up on action points
Travel. Holiday and travel research and itinerary planning.
Social Events. Planning and booking
Diary Organisation. Booking dentists, vets etc., setting reminders etc.
Concierge Service. Gifts, days out, concert tickets - leave it to me to do all the searching for all the best options.

Manage a Project. From initial brief through planning, execution, monitoring and control to final closure.
Research. Internet searches for marketing and promotions.
Data Entry. Input data onto CRM Systems Excel or Googledocs spreadsheets.

Monthly Retainer
Pay a month in advance for a set amount of hours.
If you wish to retain my services for a fixed number of hours per month, this can be arranged. Contact me to discuss your requirements and I can give you a bespoke quote.

Ad Hoc
£30 per hour
Minimum 1 hour
Perfect for a one off project or ad hoc tasks. My time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. Your invoice will be accompanied by the time report, so that you have full transparency on hours/work completed.

Projects
Project rates are available for specific tasks or projects.
It can sometimes be easier to set a fixed price for a particular project.
During our consultation, we’ll assess the requirements of the project and decide together whether an hourly rate or fixed price is appropriate.
